These Terms of Service govern your use of labbaikcarrentals.co.ke and any vehicle rental booked through it. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
Submitting the booking form on this website is a request to rent a vehicle, not a confirmed reservation. Our team reviews every request and will contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email — typically within 2 hours — to confirm availability, pricing, and pickup arrangements. A booking is only confirmed once our team has communicated that confirmation to you directly.
Prices shown on the website and in booking estimates are indicative and may vary based on final vehicle availability, rental duration, driver and fuel options selected, and any additional services requested. Final pricing is confirmed with you before your rental begins. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated by our team during confirmation.
Renters must present a valid national ID or passport and a valid driving licence at vehicle pickup. If requested during booking, you may upload copies of these documents in advance to speed up the handover process. Additional requirements may apply for cross-border travel or chauffeur-driven bookings.
Cancellation terms will be communicated at the time your booking is confirmed. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust or release the vehicle for other bookings.
Rented vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with Kenyan road traffic law. Renters are responsible for any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Vehicles may not be used for illegal purposes, sub-let, or driven outside agreed geographic limits without prior authorisation.
Insurance coverage, excess amounts, and liability terms for damage or loss during the rental period will be explained and agreed with you as part of the rental agreement signed at pickup.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
